What it is

The account manager you were promised.

Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Sevenrooms and other platforms assign an account manager to the accounts big enough to matter. Everyone else gets a dashboard and a quarterly email.

GyrOS gives you the thing that person was supposed to provide: your numbers, honestly reconciled, in one place, kept current — and someone who reads them and tells you what they mean.

That last part is not automated, and we are not going to pretend it is. The software is the same for every client. The interpretation is yours.

GyrOS is where the analysis surfaces. It is not a replacement for the analysis.

The model

Every customer, placed.

Your records resolved into five behavioural tiers — then a system for acting on each. These are the definitions GyrOS uses. They are deliberately boring, deliberately fixed, and deliberately based on what customers did rather than what they spent.

Tier
Definition
What it's for
VIP
5+ visits in the trailing year
ProtectSmall group, disproportionate value, most sensitive to being treated like everyone else.
Regular
2–4 visits, active within the last 90 days
CompressThis is the segment where reducing days-between-visits produces the most annual visits per pound spent.
At-Risk Regular
2–4 visits, but gone quiet past their normal rhythm
InterveneThey have already proved they like you; the window to act is defined by their own past behaviour, not by a calendar.
New / First-Timer
One visit, recent
ConvertThe second visit is the hardest and most valuable one in the whole funnel.
Lapsed
One visit, long gone
Deprioritise honestlyReactivating a single-visit customer from two years ago is the most expensive marketing you can do.

Frequency and recency, not spend. Spend tells you what a customer was worth last time. Frequency and recency tell you whether there will be a next time.

Connections

The exports you can already download are enough to start.

Uber Eats payment exports. Deliveroo weekly statements. Your reservation platform, synced overnight. Drag the files in, or let the sync run.

Re-uploading the same file changes nothing — GyrOS recognises orders it has already seen and de-duplicates them. There is no integration project, no engineering time from your side, and no waiting on a platform's API roadmap.

One venue, however many storefronts

A single physical site is called one thing on Uber Eats, something slightly different on Deliveroo, and something else again in your own reporting. GyrOS resolves them into one venue, so a store's performance is a single number rather than three partial ones.

Matching is automatic at onboarding and correctable in the portal. Anything it cannot confidently match is flagged for you to resolve — never quietly dropped into an "other" bucket, which is how reporting silently loses a site.

Data coverage

The most common question about any dashboard is whether it's current.

It is the first thing an operator asks and the thing most tools answer worst. GyrOS answers it on every page.

Reservations sync nightly. Every dashboard carries the timestamp of its last refresh. A dedicated coverage page shows what is connected, what is stale, when each source last delivered, and the full upload history with the ability to remove a bad file.

Where the data has gaps, the portal shows the gaps. A dashboard that quietly renders an incomplete month as a complete one is worse than no dashboard.

Trust

How your data is handled.

Your own isolated database

A separate project per client, not a shared tenant with a filter on it.

Dashboards read aggregated data

Guest contact details are never exposed to the browser. The portal never sees a single guest email.

Your files are parsed without leaving your control

Delivery exports are processed inside your own environment.

Every figure traceable to the row it came from

Including the ones you disagree with.

Pricing

Priced on what it decides.

Two routes, and you can start on either.

GyrOS on its own

From £129 a month. The platform, your data running through it, the dashboards live. You run the data in, or we run it for you.

GyrOS plus consulting

The platform with our time on your business: the analysis, the reports, the walkthroughs, and someone who reads the numbers with you. Priced per stage, in the open.

The fastest way to judge GyrOS is to look at a month of your own delivery exports running through it. That takes one call and a folder of CSVs.
